Martin Industrial Solutions is the next chapter of Martin Phase Converters, Inc.—built on decades of proven performance, and expanded to meet the growing demands of today’s industrial and commercial environments.

Founded in 1996 in El Campo, Texas, Martin Phase Converters, Inc. began in a small shop with a clear purpose: design and build reliable, hard-working equipment for the oilfield and industrial sectors. From those early days, founder and CEO Ken Martin established a reputation for rugged, dependable products and straightforward service that customers could count on.

Over the years, that foundation has grown into a 5,000-square-foot facility capable of supporting everything from new system design and custom manufacturing to repairs and field support. Along the way, the company expanded its offerings to include rental generators and transformers, VFD and soft/start repair, Critical asset storage and maintenance as well as variable frequency drive (VFD) panel solutions—serving customers across the country for more than 30 years.

Today, as Martin Industrial Solutions, we carry that same legacy forward while broadening our capabilities. We provide full-service industrial electrical solutions, including power conversion and distribution, VFD setup and integration, system troubleshooting, equipment startup, and custom-built solutions tailored to each operation. Whether it’s a simple upgrade or a complex industrial challenge, we focus on delivering practical, efficient results that keep our customers running.

Ken Martin, a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, remains actively involved in the business and continues to oversee incoming projects. His belief in hard work, accountability, and old-fashioned values still drives how we operate today—and is a key reason our reputation remains strong in the industries we serve.
